*What is a Loofah?
Loofah is a type of plant as a vegetable. Obce the loofah fruit is dried out though it can be used as a sponge for bathing or washing. Wet the loofah with warm water and douse it with the soap. Loofah are the best use with body wash,but plain bar soap work too.
For exofoliate, starting at the decolletage(the expanse of skin between your neck and chest), gently firmly rub the loofah against your skin in circular motions. Work your way down to your ankles, you can use the loofah on the heales and soles of yoyr feet.
*Rinse loofah with warm, clean water, making sure all the soap is gone. Dab it with towel to remove excess water and hang it from a hook to dry. *you can cut the loofah as your conveinences size.
